Changes since 1.5.1

• WebMap plugin: use latest Bruitle map providers such as OpenStreetMap, Google, Bing, Yahoo. Added WMS support. Improved speed and stabilty.
• Various projections fixes:
  • Bug with certain European projections and regional settings
  • Projection problem with DutchRD when read from ESRI shapefile (.prj)
  • Minnesota Country Coordinates still wrong
  • Alternative (or wrong?) name in DotSpatial.Projections.Transforms.TransverseMercator
  • and some others.
• Use GDAL extension in AnyCPU mode.
• Improved stabilty when loading & exporting shapefiles:
  • FeatureSet.Open crashes with ArgumentOutOfRangeException
  • Reading shapefile with null values throws exception
  • PolygonShapefile throws ArgumentException on NOAA Medium Resolution Shoreline shapefile
  • Crash upon loading .shp-file without M-values
  • and some others.
• Fixed memory leak when removing rasters.
